About Krystyna

I am an experienced Early Childhood Care Professional with 24 years in the field. I have successfully worked with children between the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years old. I have a passion for teaching and working with young children. As a teacher I run a structured classroom filled with learning experiences that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development. In addition to my years as a teacher I also spent the last six years as a part of the senior leadership staff. In this role, I gained experience in leadership of the staff. I was in charge of overseeing daily activities, Hiring and Training staff, creating staff schedules, as well as many other front office duties. I am well versed in the standards of the State of New Jersey as well as the Grow New Jersy Program.
