My previous babysitting experiences were incredibly rewarding and solidified my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. Whether it's a verbal update at pickup or regular text or phone call updates, I ensure parents are informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I respect and follow the parents' preferred communication method. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in fostering a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care. I use positive reinforcement and gentle redirection to guide their behavior. From outdoor sports to board games and educational games, I enjoy a wide range of activities with children.
