Hi! My name is Laini and I am 21 years old and from Medford, Oregon. I attend and play basketball for California State University in Northridge and am studying Engineering but hoping to get into coaching! I am first aid and CPR certified and have a clean driving record. I worked as a first grade teacher for a summer experience program leading a first grade classroom alongside my time with care and other babysitting jobs I picked up before I joined. I have experience with infants all the way through 12-year-old kiddos and am very confident in my ability to care for your babies!!! :) I love animals and spending time outdoors, especially going on walks. I also have a 3-year-old nephew who I currently live with back home so I am very familiar with the toddler stage! Laini is a treasure and our three energetic kids love her like she’s the older sister they never had! Not only is Laini great with children, but she is probably the most responsible young adult I’ve ever met. She is calm, organized, mature beyond her years, a good communicator, very neat, and 100% reliable. She is great at redirecting when sibling squabbles erupt, makes our children feel special, and always keeps their safety a top priority. We wish we could have her help year-round; Laini lightens my load tremendously! Any family would be lucky to have her help caring for their children.
