Hi, my name is Lakisha. I am married with three children. I have over 10 years of experience in childcare and over 4 years of experience as a Nanny. I prefer being a nanny in a home environment because it allows for more personalized care. I can tailor activities to each child's interests and needs, which is more challenging in a daycare setting.
