I worked in housekeeping at the Best Western Plus franchise of hotels for the past 3 years during my summer breaks from school. I assisted the housekeeping manager by inspecting rooms and making sure everything was perfect for the next guests. I would work 9am-5 p.m. depending on the work load. During my time as a housekeeper I learned the proper ways to clean bathrooms, make beds and tidy up after people. I received several awards for my housekeeping work throughout my time at the Best Western as well as several promotions. I really enjoyed and continue to employ the skills I learned during my time as a housekeeper to my daily household cleaning routines.
