OMG!!! I have hired other cleaners from Care.com. They have all been dependable and provided great service. However, Lashelle has been the worst experience ever!!! She made an appointment and then didn't show and then didn't answer any of my inquiries for a week, Then she made a new appointment and changed the time with very little notice and then didn't show up. She also requested on three different occasions that I send her deposits and money for carfare. I never got my money back and I still haven't gotten my apartment cleaned and its almost 3 weeks later. DO NOT send her a deposit!!! STAY AWAY from using her. There are lots of other caregivers on this site that will treat you better.
