I love working with children and chose the private childcare route over the public education system because I believe in fostering a great, more personalized relationship with each child helps them to succeed in ways other children don't always get the opportunity to. Along with lots of fun and engaging activities, I also like to plan and organize age appropriate lessons on a variety of subjects. Our daughter loves Ell! She is very present and engaging in her growth. Ell has become our go-to sitter for date nights and weekend trips if and when she is available.
