Hi, let me tell you about my child care experience. I started working for a large chain child care just out of high school. I was an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, Bus Driver, Assistant Center Director and then Center Director of my center. I won awards for excellent care provided for the families at my center. I was with the company for 25 years, sadly the company I worked for was purchased by another company and my center was closed. I am CPR certified and have my CDA certificate. I have been cleared through DHS to be a Center Director. Which means I have been fingerprinted by the state police and passed the criminal background check.
