I have been providing professional, compassionate care to seniors and people with disabilities for over 20 years. I am punctual and reliable, have excellent references, and treat others the way I want to be treated. I have experience in supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living including: medication reminders/management, healthy nutrition and meal preparation, exercise, memory support, transportation to appointments, errands and social outings, general companionship, light housekeeping and laundry, and pet care. I have worked with people requiring assistance with g-tube feedings, urostomy and catheter care, bathing, and have provided companion support in both skilled nursing and hospice settings. My special interest is supporting people with special diets: gluten and/or lactose free, low residue, low carb/ketogenic, etc. I am interested in dietary strategies to halt the progression of conditions like type 2 diabetes, dementia, Parkinson's, and cancer.
