Laura is an amazing caregiver. I trust her implicitly to care for my child. She is outgoing, caring, dedicated, and dependable. She always plans daily outings or activities to keep my 2 year old active and engaged. In dealing with 2 year old behavior, Laura is caring yet firm and emphasizes positive reinforcement. She works well with parents to find strategies that work. I really appreciate her communication and her warm, positive demeanor. Any family would be tremendously lucky to have her!
