Hi, I'm Lauren. I am a 32-year-old Portland resident with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Special Education. With over 10 years of experience in preschools, elementary schools, and as a nanny, I've gained a deep understanding of child development and nurturing care. Creating inclusive, stimulating environments where children thrive is my passion. Witnessing their curiosity and growth brings unparalleled fulfillment. Recently laid off from a coprorate job I loved, I seek a summer childcare role to continue making a positive impact while exploring new career paths. In my free time I enjoy hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, or snowboarding. I also enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with my dog and friends.
