About Lauren

I have worked as a children's coach and summer camp director for 6 years. I know how to keep children engaged, active, and make sure they have fun doing it! I have led classes and camps of up to 23 children by myself, making sure they are safe, engaged, and entertained. I have lots of energy and love playing alongside kiddos- I love being active, playing pretend, and being creative! I am currently finishing my degree in Elementary Education at Grand Valley State University. I have four years of experience tutoring children in both math and reading and have experience keeping children prepared for school while nannying. I have experience caring for, coaching, and tutoring children as young as 3 years and as old as 14 years old. I have also worked as a full-time nanny for two years now for children ages 5 to 11. I am fun, engaging, and communicative and know when (and how) to set boundaries and discipline. I look forward to meeting you and your young one(s)!
