My passion in childcare lies in fostering a nurturing and supportive environment where children can grow, thrive, and develop into confident and happy individuals. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and a good communicator. I like working with kids because as a mother to a toddler, I truly enjoy nurturing and having a positive impact on kids. I understand as a mom what other moms are looking for. I'm looking for a job that aligns with my values and passion for working with children. I want to contribute to the well-being and development of children in a nurturing and supportive environment. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. The past few years I've been working in medical but I miss working with kids. In my spare time, I like to garden, paint, and read. One thing you should know about me is my schedule is flexible and I'm adaptable to the different needs of a parent/child. My skills include safety, patience, and empathy most of all.
