About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren and I have been working in childcare on and off for the past five years. I worked for a daycare throughout high school then went on to Nanny after COVID began. I have watched all ages from 3 months old-12 years old. I just graduated from UCONN and will be home for the next couple of months. I am looking for a family to babysit/nanny for this summer. I would love to find a kind family who shares the same values as me that I can help out while I am home. I'd describe my personality as patient, reliable, and organized. I am very kind-hearted and communicative. I absolutely loved nannying in the past and creating close bonds with not only the children but the parents too! My skills include creating activities for the children to do and communicating effectively with the kids by actively listening to the thoughts and concerns they express.
