Lauren has an extremely positive and outgoing personality and has been really flexible with our family's needs. Working full time with kids remotely in school is a new one for all of us but Lauren has brought a lot of relief to our family. We know our kids are learning and are in good hands when she walks in through that door, allowing me to take a moment to finish work, a meeting, start dinner or a million other things that are on the working parents' plate. Both of my kids LOVE her because she makes learning fun. We have two kids in 6th grade (both starting middle school) and she jumped right in. She brought stickers, had fun games to play, and was very interactive with the kids. There are lots of ways to learn and I love that she took the time to ask each kid how they learn best and what they like. If I could give Lauren more stars I would!!
