About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren! I lived in Austin, Texas for most of my life. I graduated in 2015 from Veritas Academy, a school which teaches responsibility, time management, and a good work ethic from a young age. I would say that babies are my passion, although I have experience with all ages. I have been babysitting and helping care for infants and children since my sister was born 10 years ago. My family calls me the baby-whisperer because I can put them to sleep easily and I was able to get most of my little cousins to take bottles and pacifiers when no one else could. I love reading, playing outside, and doing crafts with older children as well! I have worked with multiples and children of all ages. In Austin, I worked for a nannying agency for multiple families. I also have extensive experience with special needs children and adults. My brother is 17 and is autistic. Growing up with him, I learned several techniques of caring for and understanding the needs of special people like him :)
