About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children where they can learn and grow. I have had the pleasure of helping families for the past year. I am currently attending Columbia University graduate school in architecture. I'm fluent in English and French having grown up between Paris and Chicago. I love engaging with children in French and watching their skills grow. I hold current First Aid, CPR, and lifeguard certifications. I worked in the contemporary gallery world and love engaging children in arts, crafts and music. My calm, patient, and creative personality makes me a great fit for this role. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always strive to keep them updated on their child's day. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, ranging from newborns to preteens. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision.
