Hello! I graduated from Huston-Tillotson University May 5th 2018 with my Bachelor's in Education EC-6. I have over 10 years of experience in childcare. I am currently a Registered Behavioral Technician. I work in clinical and In-home settings with autistic children. ABA is my passion and have been in the field over 2 years now. I have experience working with all ages and previously taught PreK and 6th grade. My end goal is to own my own child care center. I am CPR certified and have experience babysitting/Nannying kids from 18months - 16 years old. I am fun and energetic. I played volleyball at a collegiate level and overseas. I have coached high school volleyball and club volleyball. I am a leader at heart and a great motivator! My patience is unmatched and love helping others through their emotions. Laycia wrangled our twin 4 year old boys in our hotel with great humor and care. They loved her! Her communication was excellent and it is obvious that she has a passion for ensuring that children thrive in a safe and fun environment. She is wonderful and I hope we visit again soon because I know the boys would so enjoy hanging with her.
