I can confirm all the positive comments for Lays. She’s punctual, kind, knowledgeable and has great intuition for children. When I broke my foot, she helped me with the evening routine. She helped make dinner for my kids, came with me for school pick ups, fed and bathe them. I’m so grateful for her help. She also had one-on-one time with my son who was on summer break. He’s 21 months and wasn’t walking and Lays really helped him gain confidence to walk. I would totally recommend Lays!
