About Leah

Hello! My name is Leah :) I have worked with many children aged 5 months to 14 years old over the past 12 years. In that time, I was a recurring babysitter for multiple families, I co-taught a third grade catechism class at my family's church, and I worked for the City of San Marcos as a Recreation Leader & Preschool Teacher. Most recently, I have been working as a Teacher/Substitute Teacher in my local school district (Teaching Credential obtained from CSUSM in 2021). Most of my experience working with children is in a babysitting or teaching capacity; however, I am open to the possibility of working as a Nanny if the right opportunity comes along. I have experience with arts & crafts, STEM, and some current elementary school curriculum. I love music, movies, books, art, and everything related to Disney. You can always find me with a smile on my face!
