Greetings! My name is Lenisha, and I am super excited to work with you and your family. I have cared for children in Early Childhood Education and in the home privately for over 15 years. I have worked with all age groups, but primarily Infants and Toddlers. I also served as Co-Director in a licensed childcare facility. In addition, I worked in the public school system for almost 9 years, teaching grades K-5. I love to read and create age appropriate activities. Birth to 5 years of age is a critical time in a child's life and I want to be able to help them explore and develop on every level. It's not just about what we teach our little ones. It's also about how we teach them. They're little eyes are watching, and they're little ears are listening. In the end, we both learn from each other.
