About Lernik

I studied psychology and developmental psychology at UCLA, & worked at the ECE centers on campus. I have also worked as a private educator and tutor for grades 1-4. I I now work privately with families in edu-care: incorporating engaging & developmentally appropriate experiences using art/science/nature combined with quality care. I am comfortable working with challenging behaviors, & have the tools to track the progress of your children if requested with regular check-ins. I am open to groups of children in a home preschool type setup. Guided by Constructivism / Montessori / Reggio Emilia approaches, I am committed to building trusting relationships where children live & grow with ease feeling seen & heard for who they truly are & what they need to reach their next personal level of development. With a focus on the whole child, my practice embodies all aspects of development, particularly social-emotional intelligence. I look forward to meeting you! (available starting Nov. 20th)
