About Lesley

With 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse, then Family Nurse Practitioner, I have experience in caring for loved ones across the life span. I have experience both professionally as well as personally in the care of those with dementia as well as end of life/hospice care. I feel that compassion, patience and understanding of your loved ones individual needs, combined with sound clinical judgment provides for the best quality of life possible. Available for flexible hours - I currently work part time as a Registered Nurse on a highly acute inpatient cardiac unit, and am looking to supplement hours through 1:1 care during the hours my children are in school. Quality of life is so important! I enjoy making personal connections and would be more than happy to offer support with medication administration/education, post operative care, wound care, ADLs; to include feeding and bathing, and just general morale boosting companionship :)
