About Leslie

I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Child Development at CSULA, with an expected graduation in June 2025. I graduated from LACC with an AS-T in Early Childhood Education. I've gained valuable hands-on experience as a TK Teacher Assistant, where I assisted with lesson planning, led small group activities, and provided one-on-one support to students in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Additionally, I offered extra caregiving support to parents during my time as a TA. Before this role, I worked as a nanny for a wonderful family! My passion for child care drives me to create safe, supportive, and nurturing spaces where young learners can thrive alongside their families. My ultimate goal is to become a full-time teacher for children in TK-3, where I can continue to make a positive impact on their lives and foster a love for learning!
