About Lexie

My name is Lexie, I am 25-years old, I have a dual BA/MA degree in forensic psychology and am currently in a graduate program to become a mental health counselor. I have experience in caring for children who are on the autism spectrum, who have cognitive or neurological disorders, psychiatric disorders, and children who have physical/developmental disabilities as well; I am also familiar with many assistive communication apps and devices. I have some newborn experience and am open to gaining more; my childcare experience has been for children between 8mths-16yr olds. I am a strong believer in enriching children's minds and bodies with activities that help build their cognitive and adaptive skills. Graduate class knowledge of human development, emotional regulation skill building, and 3 years of ABA experience. I offer after school pick-up, activity drop off/pick up, homework help, light cooking/meal prepping, light cleaning up after kiddos, and community outings.
