About Lexi

When I was 12 years old, I would go with my older sister to her babysitting jobs and shadow her. Around 14 or 15, I began taking over some of her jobs and taking on new babysitting gigs. I became a routine babysitter for a Bible study group with a total of seven kids - all under five! I got to know the families very well and began to work for them all individually. In high school, I also worked as a personal assistant, and my job responsibilities often included childcare. I worked with this family for a little over four years, and I would return to work for them over college breaks. Because I saw the kids almost daily, I became well-acquainted with their routines: meal times, homework times, and bed times. For the past four years, I've been working in a law firm and taking babysitting jobs on the side. I also have five amazing nieces and nephews (toddlers and teens) that I help take care of when my sisters need some help.
