About Lindy

I am seeking the opportunity to provide senior care and companionship the Daytona Beach area. My background is in child development and mental health. I have one year of paid experience working with seniors. In 2000, I worked as part of the kitchen staff at an assisted living facility. I served plated meals to residents in the dining hall, and for some residents, in their room. Since then, I focused more on child development and mental health. I completed a 600 hour child development specialist certification in 2003 and I received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2011. My strengths include my ability to communicate, and my ability to provide patient and nurturing care. I am seeking a caregiving opportunity that is part-time recurring weekly, or on an occasional basis.
