About Linnea

*Currently available for occasional nannying (working full time at Cornell) weeknights and weekends* As a social worker by trade, my professional career has been centered in advocating and caring for youth in elementary, middle and high schools. While maintaining a career, I've also always been a nanny for families in every city I've lived in as a "side" gig; I continue to maintain these relationships and take so much joy in watching "my kids" grow up! The primary ages I have experience with are 1-9 years old. I am CPR certified, and was a first aid responder at several summer camps over the years. I believe kids help us be present to life, and whether it's designing crafting activities, checking out worms and centipedes in the garden, or exploring whale bones at a museum, I believe in encouraging kids' curiosity and drive to explore themselves and the world around us.
