Lisa watched over my 7 year old son after school. She was great: genuinely enjoyed playing with him, kept him busy with both indoor and outdoor activities, and addressed with him calmly and positively his misbehaviors. She is respectful and open-minded of established routines. The only reason we are not working with Lisa today is that our schedule is not compatible. I recommend Lisa as a mom helper to any family.
