Lisa P has a way with kids. I've known her to work all kinds of hours to make sure the kids she nannied were well taken care of. I've known her as she worked through several families. Most of the time she likes to start with babies & usual works with them until they reach kindergarten age. At that time, the parents can usual work their schedules around the children's needs. Then it's sad to have to let them go, the kids have gotten so use to her & she to the kids. She has also tended to several children of different ages at the same time, running some to different schools, juggling schedules for each child. She really does the job when it comes to taking care of kids.
