I graduated from culinary school with a degree in Pastry Arts, and all through school I nannied for a family with 3 young children (ages 6, 4, and 2 at the time). I've nannied full time for 2 years, and am comfortable with twins, nanny shares, and children with special needs. While I love baking, I am also fulfilled by childcare, and have always said if I wasn't a pastry chef I would be a doula and/or teacher!
