I have babysat children ranging in ages from newborns through 16 years of age. I have been a babysitter since 2002 and a nanny since 2011. One experience as a nanny was for three children; ages 14, 11, and 9, the oldest and youngest being females and the middle child was male. We would go to their local community pool at least three days a week, go down the shore once a week (weather permitting), go on day trips (such as the crayola factory), go on bike rides and play at their local park. Each week I would make sure the children did their laundry, clean their rooms, and do their chores. About two to three times a week the children would have summer reading and refresher homework to keep their minds fresh for the following school year (required by their parents). I babysit during the day, after school, and at night. When babysitting during the day I have the children outside at much as possible unless it is raining or homework needs to be done.
