About Loudi

I am fun loving, compassionate and energetic person. I have worked with seniors for over 20 years. I just retired from overseeing a large 50+Senior program that included daily activities, events and a huge health and wellness program. I also worked at the MN Vet's Home for 8 years as a recreation therapist creating and implementing programs for dementia, physically and mentally challenged residents. I am CPR and First Aid certified and a Certified Fitness Instructor focusing on senior functional fitness and yoga. I can assist with transportation services, light housecleaning, shopping, cooking, exercise, and setting up appointments and companionship. I am very good at building relationships with people, understand many senior issues/circumstances and family dynamics. I am very familiar with senior services and extremely resourceful.
