About Lydia

With 10+ years of childcare experience under my belt, I have always had a heart for children. I grew up working at my family's child care center in Dallas. I have had the privilege of working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, and in the last 3 years worked primarily as the teacher of the Pre-K classes. I have experience with special needs children and Autism. I always emphasize education and learning with any child at any age. This can look like practicing fine motor skills, reading, writing, cooking, sign language with infants, etc. When I am not working with children I work professionally as an Artist. I love to paint and to draw, both of which I offer lessons for starting at age 12. Thank you for considering me in your search for the perfect caregiver.
