I have had the great fortune of caring for both my parents and grandparents throughout their lives, including end of life care. As I was raising my young children who are now adults I had some free time in between my husbands deployments. During this free time I helped care for neighbors, folks from church, volunteered, delivered meals on wheels, provided a bit of advocacy for seniors and the like.
