I started of as an Early Childhood Education Major and worked in many schools. I loved what I did. I took a break to have a family of my own. In that time we had taken care of my husband's grandmother on and off helping out his mom. It was such a rewarding experience. So I decided to make a change in my life and work with the elderly or people who need a companion. I believe they're just like children they both need love and affection. I do have experience with dementia, Alzheimer's , stroke and Parkinson's patients. I'm currently working for a women with dementia for over a year and working with a woman with Parkinson's for 3yrs.
