About Lyric

Hello, My name is Lyric. I have been working as direct care worker for 7 years. In my time doing this I have met some pretty amazing people. I give my all to my job. All of my clients get an Individualized Personal Care Plan and in that plan we talk about things we would like to assist the person we care for in achieving. I have a lot of experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's clients and I am very good with redirection. Some of the things I have assisted clients with is PT, OT and SPT. I also love playing card games (war, rummy and spades are my specialty) with clients, listening to music they enjoy, watching sports they enjoy, watching game shows they enjoy and also playing board games and puzzles. I love just being an ear to listen to their stories. Even just sitting outside with clients who are able and enjoying nature is also a fun thing we do. I also do housework and yard work for clients. I have experience with all medical equipment, lifts, belts, NG tubes, J tubes & Oxygen.
