In December of 2019, I graduated from Florida International University with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development. I worked at a charter school in Miami-Dade as a substitute teacher for grades K-3 for a few months until being placed with a 3rd grade class where I was able to watch my students grow in their learning and understanding.
