Mackenzie scheduled a time to meet with me and my family for an initial interview. The day of the interview, she sent me a text saying she may need to reschedule because she's uncomfortable meeting with someone she hasn't met before. She seems to forget that families are going to be trusting their children with her. If she is not brave enough to meet a family in their home, she should not be offering babysitting services. As a potential employer, I want to see how she interacts with my child in our home. Mackenzie didn't confirm whether she was rescheduling or cancelling, she just no-showed.
