Mackenzie was absolutely perfect when watching my dog, Lenny, last weekend. I was in a huge bind as several other dog care options fell through at the last minute, and I was supposed to leave the next day and had no one to watch my dog. I posted on Care.com in a last-ditch effort and Mackenzie answered right away, and we set up a meeting for the next day. She was excellent at getting Lenny to warm up to her (Len is nervous around new people!) and sent updates and pictures every day to let me know how everything was going. I don't leave Lenny with new people very often (my family lives nearby and usually watches her but they were out of town) so I was pretty nervous, but Mackenzie completely calmed all my fears and took excellent care of my girl. She even followed all of my crazy guidances and instructions I sent on my dog's quirks :) I came back to a perfectly clean house and a very happy dog. Would absolutely hire Mackenzie again, can't recommend her enough, can't say enough nice things!
