About Madalina

Hi there! My name is Madi and I'm a 27 years old mama of a sweet and fun 3 years old. Before becoming a mom, I have worked with children from 0-12 years old for over 9 years , this included being a nanny, mommy helper, babysitter and an au pair. I worked as an au pair for 2 years with a wonderful family with 3 children , the youngest being 3 months old and the oldest 5 years old. I have mostly experience with young children and infants, but I'm comfortable with all ages . I would love to work with a family that values the most a caregiver that is caring and wants to have a positive impact on their children and being involved on the values and skills they might learn and develop for their future. I consider myself detail oriented and respectful of other people's values , methods and rules they have established in their household. I also believe that clear and direct communication its very important.
