About Madeleine

I'm an experienced caregiver with seven years of experience caring for children of all ages. My background includes a college degree in midwifery science, CPR training, Neonatal Resuscitation and postpartum doula. I've always enjoyed caring for children and supporting families. I have a patient and calm personality and am always looking for creative and imaginative ways to engage with children. My favorite part of being a caregiver is watching children learn and grow. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be nurtured and encouraged. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their interests. I understand the importance of communication and always keep parents updated on their child's day. I also follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules.
