About Madeline

I have had babysitting jobs for multiple families over the past 6 years with children including daytime and evenings. I volunteered at elementary schools for two years as a reading buddy working with students on reading fluency and comprehension. I volunteered at a school for students with cognitive and physical impairments for three summers in elementary classrooms and have experience with children with ASD. I tutored throughout high school and college and beyond, and I served with City Year Detroit in a 4th grade classroom, also assisting with tutoring middle school students. I love music, theatre, art, and crafts (and I'm a face painter!), and reading and playing piano one of my favorite hobbies! I really enjoy getting children excited about learning, as well as playing games indoors and outdoors.
