My name is Maddie and teaching is my passion. I graduated WWU in 2020. I took most of my coursework in the stem field with math and science, but I also loved to branch out and learn other things. I loved US history, art, English, and more. I have worked professionally with children for over 10 years, in various settings including coaching, day camps, nannying, and tutoring. I was an early childhood educator for 2 years before I decided to go back to school this year. Our world is always changing and I love learning new ways to teach and communicate with others. I understand everyone learns differently and enjoy finding ways that get people excited about learning. I understand our education system isn't perfect, and sometimes students need a little extra help. Tutoring allows me to build closer connections with students and their families.
