Hello! My name is Mady! With over 10 years of dedicated experience as a childcare professional, I bring a passion for creating both engaging and nurturing environments for youth. My background includes jobs such as working as a program director at a Boys and Girls Club for 10 years, working as an outdoor educator, as well as working as a behavioral technician working directly with youth with behavioral difficulties and youth on the spectrum. In addition to those jobs, I have an extensive amount of nanny and cleaning/organization experience. I prioritize focusing on the emotional and developmental needs of the youth I work with, ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere. My extensive background in childcare paired with my ABA skills and ability to adapt to each family's unique dynamics make me an ideal fit for any household.
