About Madeline

I'd describe my personality as energetic, passionate, and understanding. I like working with kids because I have a special connection with children and am the strongest believer that children we need to nurture them and love them and be patient with them as they learn to navigate the world. I want to learn more about how I can improve my childcare skills and genuinely be there for the kids and help the parents in any way possible. I started working with kids when I was a teen. I officially had my first job involving children about 2 years ago with a program called Mohr's Explorers where we teach children about the outdoors and play all sorts of activities with them throughout Central Park. In my spare time, I like to draw, dance, play games, and read! One thing you should know about me is I always understand accommodations needed for any child and they always come first to me. My skills include: excellent communication and listening skills, patience, and good judgment.
