As I am continuing my education as a nurse, I have learned that I love taking care of people in all age groups. While attending clinical with my school I have gained a large amount of experience taking care of adult patients as well seniors. The summer after I graduated high school I took care of an elderly woman who had dementia. I also worked as a waitress in a nursing home facility for over a year. During this time period of taking care of seniors I have learned I love being able to spend time with people and I love being able to provide for the needs they can not take of themselves. I would love to continue working with people and specifically for seniors who need assistance.
