About Madison

In my spare time, I like to spend my time baking and being outside. I love going to the beach and walking the stairs. When the weather isn't nice, I like to find a Pinterest recipe and try baking something new! My top 3 skills include patience, creative thinking, and communication. I strongly believe patience is important when working with kids because they cannot always communicate their needs effectively, which can make caretaking difficult if you do not have the appropriate skills. I would consider myself creative when it comes to finding activities to do with young children, and creative problem solving. I also believe communication is important because children pick up on what is said around them and it is good to teach them effective communication skills.
