About Madison

Hello. I am from a small town in Alaska called Chugiak, but I live in Weatherford, Texas. I love helping people. I am 21 years old and I consider myself hardworking. I am a mom first above all else. I'd describe my personality as caring, kind, patient, loving, understanding, and helpful. I like working with kids because they bring so much love and joy into our world. I'm looking for a job that is gives me an opportunity to make a difference in others. I started working with kids when I was 19 I worked as a behavioral technician for children with autism and related disorders. In my spare time, I like to read, craft, and listen to music. One thing you should know about me is that I am the full time caregiver of my infant son and he would need to be with me while I care for and watch your children. My skills include behavioral management, decision making, active listening, time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
