Madison is a mature and loving caregiver. She has been watching our son for three years and they have become very close friends. She gives 100% of her energy to watching and playing with my son. She reinforces our discipline and communications methods and teaches him new skills. I trust her completely and thoroughly enjoy her presence in the house when they are home playing. She sends photos and updates when they are out of the house and touches base with me about any challenging or rewarding behaviors of the day before she leaves. She conveys her travel plans well in advance so we can find another caregiver when she is out of town. We love her and consider her a member of our family!
